What we want to achieve
We want to establish the transparent feedback culture that you have come to expect from us in recent collective bargaining rounds within the works council as well.
No backroom politics
We don't just want to inform you about the issues that the employer brings to the table, we also want to actively seek out your concerns and look for solutions. Of course, you will also be kept up to date on the current state of affairs and why some things may not be possible.
Experience and new ideas
Our list brings together people with many years of experience in works council work and those who are just starting out.
So we have the necessary experience in terms of laws, regulations and the day-to-day business of a works council,
but we also bring the necessary ‘fresh wind’ to question things and procedures that may no longer be appropriate.
We represent YOUR interests
We want to shape our working environment in such a way that everyone enjoys coming to work and does not come to work sick.
This includes fair duty rosters, meaningful internal training concepts and practical work processes.
